The combination of natural history museum and large sized planetarium under one roof is unequaled throughout Germany. Visitors can go on a fascinating journey to unknown worlds and foreign cultures.The museum was founded in 1892 and houses unique objects such as the world's biggest ammonite and oldest plesiosaurus.
